Refund policy

Our refunds can be started by messaging me on whatever platform you have provided me with in the payment details, or if I have not yet messaged you, you can email me at admin@thefutagent.com. I will then look at your refund and where about's in the process of fulfilling your order we are, and refund accordingly *See below for more details*

If you submit a message or email for a refund, bare in mind that I am in the UK and my time zone will affect how quickly I can answer. However, I aim to reply back within an hour for any orders, enquiries or refunds.

IF YOU HAVE ORDERED A BOOSTING SERVICE (Fut Champions, Rivals, Objectives):

Please ensure you are happy with the rank you have chosen before paying, as it avoids having to refund to other ranks.

If you request a refund before we have reached your desired Rank, we will grant you a full refund up to the rank we have got to. (For example, if you have paid for Rank 2 Finals and you request a refund when we are at Rank 4, we will refund you the cost of Rank 2 minus Rank 4).

If you request a refund when we have already achieved your desired Rank, we will not offer a refund to you as we have already finished and you will have your rewards. If we finished but did not hit the rank you requested, then you will get the difference back in price between the ranks.

If you request a refund before we start playing, then we will offer a full refund.


IF YOU HAVE ORDERED COINS:

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase to understand the terms and conditions of refunds for FC coins.

You are eligible for a full refund if:
* Your order has not been processed, and the delivery process has not yet started.
* You cancel the order before any steps have been taken toward fulfillment.

We cannot issue refunds in the following circumstances:
* Once Delivery Has Started:
 If the delivery process for your order has already begun, refunds will not be issued, even if the transaction is incomplete at the time of your request.
* Account Bans or Suspensions:
 Purchasing FC coins carries inherent risks, including the possibility of account bans or suspensions due to EA’s policies.
    * By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
    * We are not liable for any penalties, bans, or restrictions applied to your account following the purchase or delivery of coins.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect delivery or significant delays caused by us), we will work diligently to resolve it. Refunds or compensation may be considered at our sole discretion based on the specific circumstances.

By completing a purchase on our website:
* You agree to provide accurate account details to ensure successful delivery.
* You understand and accept that purchasing FC coins is against EA’s terms of service, and there is a risk of penalties or bans.
* You release us from liability for any consequences resulting from your purchase, including but not limited to account bans or loss of in-game items.
