FAQ's

1. When you place your order, one of our team will contact you via the contact information you have provided (either email or phone number) and request your details for your account.
2. We will agree on the right time to go onto your account when you won't be on, and then log on at your desired time. *Please make sure you are available to provide 2-Factor code if this is enabled on your account*
3. We will let you know with regular win updates and pictures for proof, then again update you when we are finished.
4. Log back into your account and claim your rewards!

We have a team of professionals who have spent most of their years playing FIFA, so the chances of this happening are very rare and I am proud to say this has only happened a handful of times in our >3,000 orders so far.

However, if it does then we will refund you to the rank that is achieved.

UT Champions is the fastest way you can earn the best rewards possible, and consists of a Playoff stage (10 games) and you need to win a certain number of games to qualify for the Finals.

Once you are in the Finals, you have 20 games to win as many as possible, with higher ranks requiring higher wins.

Unfortunately, over the years this has become a cesspit of sweaty players who griddy after every goal so it removes the fun of what FIFA used to be.

This is why I have created this service, and aim to provide a fair price for each rank depending on the time required and rewards compared to their FIFA point value. You can see more about this in the next point below.

We are trying to be as transparent as possible with you, the customer, to ensure you understand how we get to the prices of certain ranks.

I’ve estimated *with MONTHS of research* that the average FIFA player (and this is being generous) will get around 20k coins per 1k FC points spent on packs. As you can buy 12,000 FIFA points for £88, this means 20k coins per £8 (ish).

1,050 UT Points = £8 = 20k

Every rank shown on my site, I have provided the UT Point value of each rank’s rewards compared to buying UT points to give you the best possible idea of what kind of deal you’re getting.

I have valued the 84+ Player Pick at 5k per number of choices (1 of 4 = 20k, 1 of 3 = 15k).

The 87+ / 86+ / 85+ guaranteed packs I have valued at 15k per player, 10k per player and 8k per player respectively (87+ x 3 = 45k, 86+ x 3 = 30k, 85+ x 3 = 24k)

The rest of the packs have a store value already, so they are just the same in terms of how much they would cost if purchased with UT Points.
